Sorting music in Playlist on iOS

Hello.

i am not seeing a way in iOS to sort music inside a personally created Playlist.

I found this article:

but in my case I do not see the “three bars” that leads to the way to sort songs.

Is this feature still available in the app?  Is it available for folks on the “free” plan?

You simply have to swipe down for those options to show up but those are only for Premium subscribers.
