Soundtrack album available offline: Music yes, Songs no!

Hello, i am experiencing a problem with having songs available offline. So far it has always worked, but i now wanted to make a soundtrack album (cirkeln) available offline and i noticed that all the music composed for the movie downloaded, but all the songs that were licensed for the movie (like a song by kate bush for example) did not! So the reason why they were not synced seems to have something to do with that. Has anybody experienced this?
