Spotify App Won't Change Shuffle and Repeat settings

The app isn't letting me turn shuffle or repeat off. Even if I hit the button and the shuffle option turns grey, when I go to the next song (or even when I exit the app and return) the shuffle is turned on again and the button turns green. Even when I check my queue of next songs to play, it doesn't change to non-shuffled when I turn it off. It's permanently shuffled. Does not get fixed upon app reset or phone reset

I have Premium Spotify on an iPhone 6s running the most recent iOS

Same issue. Also the playlist fix doesn’t work for me because after the song it plays similar artists / songs.
