Whats going on here? I used to do these two things all the time! Why can i no longer listen to music when the app closes/screen turns off? If i cant fix this i am considering cancelling my account. Any advice out there?

I really don't understand this process. Does your solution work on android phones too? Because I don't think I'm doing it right
