Spotify Connect (to Sonos) re-shuffles the queue if I add a song to it

My Question or Issue

When listening to music through Spotify connect, editing the queue becomes virtually useless. If I remove a song from the queue, or swap its position, when the next song starts it will revert back to the original shuffle order. However if I queue up a completely random song, when the newelly queued song starts the whole list reshuffles and I get a completely new set of songs from the playlist. Rather annoying when you were looking forward to something coming up
