Spotify Premium not working on iPhone 5?

Hi! I recently got an Iphone5. Spotify premium came with my telephone subscription but it doesn't work on my phone.

Could you please go to your subscription overview page and confirm that it states you have Spotify Premium? If it does, then please reinstall Spotify on your iDevice and login with the same details as you did for the subscription overview.

I did all that, re-installed spotify and it still doesn't work. It doesn't say anything in the subscription.
