Spotify Premium not working on iPhone 5?

I have spotofy premium through my vodaphone account.  It was working but now does not provide premium features.  I have tried uninstalling on my iphone and other devices and only re installed on my iphone 5.  I have aklso tried logging out.  This has not worked.  Any thoughts?

What Spotify username (which is not your email address) do Vodafone say they have activated for you? Are you logged in with that username? If so, check with Vodaphone that nothing strange has happened at their end.
