Spotify Premium not working on my iPhone

Hello,

 

Hoping someone can help. My premium account doesn't work on my iphone anymore. Playlists are gone and it's back to trial version, yet I'm paying for Premium. I've logged out and logged back in several times today. Frustrated!

Have you tried signing out, deleting the app entirely, restarting your phone then reinstalling?

 

If that doesn't help, I'm wondering if you might actually have two accounts, perhaps one you created with an email address and another created with a facebook account, only one of which you upgraded to premium. Could that possibly be the case?
