Spotify acting strange when in my pocket

I have begun to have this strange thing happening with my Spotify, when I have spotify running on my iPhone 6 while it is in locked mode and I'm out walking, it keeps either pausing / skipping or jump in songs and it's really annoying, I have tried force quitting the app, tried reinstalling, tried resetting my iPhone, but it keeps occuring and I have no Idea what to do? 

Can anyone help me with this problem?

Disable the "Shake to Shuffle" option on your phone.

-Settings > iPod > Shake to Shuffle

And make sure to hit the "sleep" button once you've started playing your songs.

Let me know if it works.

I don't have the Ipod option in Settings

That could be "Music Option/Music Settings"

Been there, nothing about Shake to Shuffle anywhere.

Have you tried a clean reinstall of the app? That can solve many issues!

The problem was the apple headset I recieved with the phone, bought a new one and works fine now 🙂
