On mobile, i can no longer press Account then Subscription to try and get Premium

Spotify keeps deleting my offline tracks and playlists

Since a couple of weeks, spotify sometimes deletes my offline songs at random moments, with no warning beforehand. This really annoys me and on the internet I can't seem to find a solution! Any suggestions and all help is more then welcome!
