Spotify adding songs not on playlist into queue

My Question or Issue

Spotify keeps adding songs that are not on my playlist into the queue with the smart shuffle logo next to them. This only happens after ad breaks. My playlist is over 500 songs and smart shuffle and autoplay are off.
