Spotify and Ford Sync / My Ford Touch

I currently have a spotify premium account with my music on my iPhone 5 in offline playlist. I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion with My Ford Touch and Sony audio system. Since my new car purchase a month ago I have been able to stream over bluetooth audio streaming my spotify music to my car. Yesterday  apple came out with its latest iOS update and Spotify came out with their update to their app today. Since then I have been unable to stream to my car. My phone calls come through the car fine but and music stored in the music app on the iPhone (Apple iTunes Music) works fine but the spotify app bluetooth streaming will not work. The information as to what song is playing shows up on the cars display and the controls in the car work as well as fast forward the song and everything but the music only will play through the iphone not the car. Help !
