Spotify auto remove songs from my self created album

Just lke the title said, spotify recently remove 1 or 2 of my songs from my album. but today, the app decided to step up the game by remove half of the songs i added in my album. Even in offline mode, it did the same thing.

When you say album, you mean Playlist, right?

Is it possible that someone else might be getting access to your account?

Are the songs local files or regular Spotify songs?
