Spotify charging me without service

I tried to make a new account under my college email, but I couldn't verify my institution. Today I checked my bank account and spotify has charged me for the month and when I try to log in with the institutional email, spotify gives me the error that they do not have that email subscribed. Then I try with my first account wich now is free, and it doesn't have premium either... Why is spotify charging me if Im not getting my premium service! 😠

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
