Spotify completely unable to connect to internet

So I've been having premium spotify for a year or two, and this problem happened few days ago. I have logged into 2 devices, windows pc and an iphone 6+. Spotify on pc works great as always, however my iphone's spotify cant connect to internet at all. Theres 'connecting' sign under the options which stays forever and im unable to search online musics. I have no internet problem. I tried restarting the internet and my phone, reinstalled spotify. But on login page, it loads so long untill a message pop out: 'you are not connected to internet, try using another network' or some sort. Can someone please help me out here? all other discussions' solutions just don't work for me. Thx

let me emphasize that i tried all sort of 'restart' and that i have perfectly fine internet.
