Spotify doesn't push Playlists

Hello,

I have a huge problem in synching my Ipod and my iPhone on spotify Premium. 

I created some playlists on my Mac - they don't appear on spotify on my devices. I'm in the same wifi with all devices. 

Even if I use USB, the devices don't show up on device list. 

So I can't synch any tracks of my spotify playlists... 

System: Mac OSX 10.8.5.

iPhone 5: iOS 7.0. (11A465)

iPod touch: ( (11A465)

All Apps are new installed and up to date. 

Please give me a solution.

Solved it: 

Opened: 

https://play.spotify.com/

and forced restart the app. 

All works now.
