Spotify doesn't sync music - no matter what (ios)

It happens again and again, that spotify just doesn't sync music anymore. It doesn't matter what i do, restart the app, restart the phone, restart both, reset the network settings. NOTHING WORKS.
This is really *swearword* annoying, since i don't have wifi and just buy 2gbs of data which only lasts a day. Yesterday, when i bought some extra data, it worked perfectly fine, but then i added another playlist to the offline availability, and it just stopped. I didn't close the app or anything. Oh and yes, i tried to download music over wifi as well at the mcdonalds which is almost a one hour walk, and still nothin. Please fix this issue because i do not want to waste anymore money!
