Spotify freezes when I launch it

 My Question or Issue

Hi Spotify community. Since yesterday when I downloaded new songs and activated the offline mode, as soon as I launch Spotify, the app freezes all alone, I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, and it worked until the moment I synchronized my entire playlist and put the offline mode (I have 5000 songs), from there everything was frozen. Please help me to solve this problem because I plan to terminate my plan if the problem persists.

Could you try updating to iOS 13.13.1?

I'd also suggest using the Sign Out Everywhere and Remove Offline Devices from your Spotify's account page.
