Spotify isn't letting me upgrade via iPhone

My card is up to date, right country etc. It keeps saying payment failed.

Why?? Everything is up to date.


I am getting annoyed as they have emailed me with minimal response. Please help me!

I am upgrading on my iPhone.

If you get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form athey can lend a hand to check out what is going on.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
