Spotify keeps deleting my downloaded music

I have around 2,000 songs downloaded on my phone on spotify - normal quaility (spotify says 96kbits/s) AND with over 15 GB extra space on my phone (so its not my phone clearing space). Twice in the past few weeks ALL of my downloaded songs have been deleted, which I find out because I'll open spotify and randomly see the 'downloading' banner at the top. What's going on???

Sorry to hear that you've been having some difficulties with downloading your tracks for offline listening. Let's try and help you out.

Could you let us know:

• The model of your device
• The iOS version you're running
• The app version you're running
• If you download over WiFi / 4G

It'd also be worth checking for updates with your iOS and app versions at this stage. 

Could you also let us know what the balance is with your (roughly) 2,000 songs that you're downloading? For example, is it mostly lengthy playlists, or is it a lot of albums, or a mix of playlists and albums?
