Spotify keeps skipping beginning and end of each song

 My Spotify keeps skipping the beginning and end of each track. Like when on shuffle, it will start the song at like 15 seconds and skip to the next song when there is still 15-20 seconds left of the song. then the next song starts at like 15 seconds and the previous song plays for a few more seconds at the same time as the new song.

I have tried deleting the app and redownloading. It is extremely annoying, please help!

I have a premium plan, my phone is an iPhone Xs Max.

first noticed on this one, but it happened on at least 2 other playlist. I can’t seem to find them anymore

Hey @urlaub694 , that's correct.

Some Spotify playlists (mostly in electronic music section) are curated in a way that the following song beat matches the previous one, like in a DJ mixed set. To guarantee a smooth transition, they don't start at 0:00, but a few seconds later.
