Spotify not working offline

I have all my songs downloaded and they work fine on WiFi but when offline even though they are downloaded they don't play, they stay at 00:00 and the bar can be moved anywhere on the song but still doesn't play or move

I have tried re downloading the songs

Restarting phone

Clearing cache

Looking for other solutions on this website 

And nothing has been achieved, please help

I'm having the same issue.  I constantly need to check that my downloaded music is still on my phone before I get on a plane.  Otherwise, I have to wait until I get cell service again and THEN download 2800 songs again!  It's random and it disappears whenever it feels like. (usually after a Spotify update)

You'll never get the answer that finally solves this issue.

I'm ready to dump spotify and move on.

Could you try using Sing Out Everywhere and Remove Offline devices options from your Spotify account?
