Spotify premium 6 month trial with Rogers stopped working.

I signed up for a plan with my fiance with Rogers and there was a free 6 month premium trial of Spotify I signed up and all was well. Worked for maybe two weeks or less and wouldn’t work anymore when I went to hit the music to play said sign up for premium.  Does anyone k ow what to do I tried emailing Spotify and they didn’t even get back to me very frustrating.  I would like my 6 month trial to work while I can actually benefit from the 6 months not 5 by the time they respond.  Also does anyone know how to make sure your credit card is not stored on the site for auto renewal not to happen. Thanks a bunch.

I'm so sorry about the spotify trial not working. To change your credit card info you go to spotify.com then click on your name (or if your not logged in then log in) and click account. On the side of the navagation bar there should be a subscriptions tab. Click on that and then click on cancel or change. Then click on spotify free. That should cancel your membership! Cheers!
