Spotify premium not working on my iPhone

It's been a week and Spotify hasn't been working on my iPhone. I've tried logging out/logging in and reinstalling but nothing works. My playlists are gone and it won't load my profile or any playlists in the browsing section. I'm not able to listen to music at all. HELP!

Does rebooting your device by holding the home and lock buttons together until the Apple logo appears on screen make any difference?
