Spotify showing a deleted friend in mobile app, but not in desktop

I finally got a premium subscription and after downloading the Spotify app for the first time, a "friend" that i deleted still shows up in my friend list, (this friend isn't from the imported Facebook contacts) and there's no way to eliminate it from such list. This is very annoying as I don't want him to appear in my friend list and I have explored the options in both the mobile and desktop apps and found nothing. There's not even a way to look at your friend's list on the desktop app. 😞
