Spotify switches songs and crashes

I am having this problem for few monhts. Tried to reinstall, update and log off from all devices. Still having this problem.

While using Spotify starts to switch songs randomly in the middle of them. Also sometimes it turns of in the middle of the song.

What should I do?

What device are you listening on and what firmware version is it on? Also do you have premium?

Hello we are using apple ipad air 16gb wifi. Model MD785HC/B
Software 10.0.2
And Spotify premium.

Do you know if this happens only on your ipod or on other devices too

I am not sure but I think Ipad only

If the problem is unique to your ipad, I would recommend completely restoring it from scratch then reisntalling spotify.
