Spotify will not recognize local files on iphone4

When I am on the road using my iphone4, and using Spotify, Spotify won't recognize the local files on my iphone. What's the deal. How can I fix? I just switched over from the HTC EVO and it worked perfectly. The EVO allowed me to play the whole library so I didn't need to switch back and forth from Spotify and iTunes. WHat the heck?

I am experiencing the same issues!  Someone from Spotify HELP.  The only reason I am paying for Spotify is so that I can use the mobile app but I refuse to switch between Spotify and the pre-installed iPhone music player.  This is so annoying!

Me too. Even after reinstalling App and disabling firewall as recommended elsewhere

Further to the above, all the problem local tracks appear straightaway when copied to itunes after a sync .
