Spotify will sync some local files but not others for offline mode

Hey there,

So what happens is i've created a playlist which is totally local files from my desktop but some of them sync and other won't. I'm not at my 3333 song limit and i've tried reinstalling the app twice. I'm currently on iOS 9.2.1 and running with windows 10. I'm a premium member with the latest spotify app (pc and Iphone) so any help here would really be appreciated!

I actually got through to support and managed to solve it another way. It turned out that my network sharing settings wasn't allowing me to access certain files for syncing but it was allowing me to play them on desktop also Quicktime needed updating. Thank you for the quick reply though!
