Spotify won't connect on 3G on iOS 9

After upgrading to iOS 9, Spotify won't connect on 3G or LTE anymore. It does connect on wifi however.

Has anyone encountered this problem? I know the obvious answer would be to reinstall the app, however I've got more than 12GB of offline songs which I would have to resync.

Hi janzam, welcome to the Community. I'm sorry that someone hasn't been able to help you sooner. Do your other apps work over 3G/4G/LTE now you've upgraded to iOS 9? Has the upgrade to iOS 9.1 solved this issue yet? How about ejecting your SIM, turning your phone off, re-inserting the SIM, and powering it back on? If all else fails, check with your mobile provider whether you've reached your data limit or they have any form of parental controls which are preventing you from accessing Spotify.
