Let's see what's going on.

If you're unable to use Spotify online because of a message stating that you're offline, make sure that Offline Mode isn't turned on by going to Home > Settings > Playback > Set Offline to 'OFF'. 

 

If that's not the case, can you let me know in some more detail what's happening with your Spotify? Also, let me know your iPhone model and iOS version you're running.
