Spotify won't play on my iPhone

Spotify will play fine on my laptop but when I press shuffle on any playlist on my iPhone the song shows but won't start playing? I uninstalled then installed the app numerous times but this doesn't work? My playlists are also disappearing until I add a new one then they all come back!

I have moved your thread to the correct board. 

It could be a problem with your internet connection, Can you make sure you have a strong internet connection when using the Spotify app on your iPhone? It sounds like the song is trying to play, but it can't load.
