Spotify won't sync offline playlists

After an error message said that I lost download capablilites on my iPhone 6 Plus, all of my downloaded playlists were reset. All of my local tracks were lost, and now most of them won't sync. On some playlists, it syncs half of the songs, and on others it won't sync any at all. I'm on the same wifi network for both devices, and boths the Mac version and iOS version are open. It's no longer even attempting to sync the local files. How do I fix this?

I also feel like every update to each client screws the app up just a little more. It's really frustrating.

Mine's doing the same exact thing! I have an iPhone 4s though.
