Spotify wont sync my playlists

Hey guys ive had no problems with spotify recently except that my ipod touch playists wont sync all the way.  I have done a clean install on my ipod and computer with no help. when i turn on spotify on my ipod the playlists are all listed but only a portion of the songs in the actual playlist on my computer are listed. For example if there were 300 songs in a playlist on my computer, only 88 would show up on the ipod. they can all be downloaded to ofline mode but still its only a portion of my playlist. another issue im having is the ipod will only be found by my spotify very rarley. ive tried switching between the same wifi and pluging it in but have had no avail.
