Stopped Syncing on my I Pod

Doesn't say too full, it just stopped syncing...and I know I have more  space?

I have never synced my iPod nano using spotify so anything I say here is just based on previous experience on other platforms!

Would you be able to answer a few questions?:

What type of iPod do you have? 

Does it appear to get stuck on the same track everytime? 

You also might want to check that iTunes is automatically opening in the background when you plug your iPod in. Sometimes the two programs can interfere with each other!
