I cancelled my subscription before my 30 day trial was up and I still got charged. Pretty mad at this point and theres no way to contact anyone in regards to this issue.

  1. When you cancel your Premium subscription you receive a confirmation email, if you hadn' received one, you hadn't cancelled correctly your subscription.
  2. You can contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form.

    If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

    Don't forget to check your Spam Box 😉
