Sync iTunes through mobile

I don't have a computer and manage all of my music through my mobile. How can I sync the songs I have purchased through iTunes to add to my playlists on Spotify? I currently have to switch to and from the Apple Music app and Spotify if I want to listen to songs not available on Spotify.

As far as I'm aware, you cannot "sync" songs from Apple Music, since it is a subscription streaming service just like Spotify. Apple doesn't allow you to save the songs from Apple Music as "files" like iTunes would, since they stream through a proprietary App, just like Spotify's streaming service does.

I also don't believe you can sync your iTunes using only your phone either, as this is a feature from the Spotify Desktop Application.
