Synced downloaded songs of Spotify Desktop to iPhone 6

Can I synced those downloaded songs from Spotify Dekstop to my iPhone without requiring me to download on iPhone using WiFi or cellular?

In addition to over 30 million tracks that we offer from our catalog, you can also use your Spotify app to play music files stored on your computer.

Pick your device here to learn how.

Keep in mind that you'll need to use the same WiFi network as your desktop. In this moment, it's not possible to sync more songs without using WiFi or cellular data.
