Syncing iPhone to Spotify through usb

I want to sync my music through usb with Spotify but I dont want to lose all my apps on my iphone. If i sync my iphone to spotify will I lose all my apps? Like I would if I sync my iphone to a new pc. Thanks

"Syncing" in spotify is "little bit" different from syncing your device with iTunes. Syncing with spotify is about tracks, and syncing with iTunes is about everything in your device. Therefore, I am certain that spotify will not wipe your device. I haven't used this function, but there is a feature in ios that enables desktop applications to access the app's files when it is permitted by the app, and I think spotify is using it. I might be wrong, but believe me, it will not wipe your device.
