The Spotify on my new iPhone won’t let me download songs

The Spotify on my new iPhone won’t let me download songs

Hi! I bought a new iPhone with a new number.

I have the app Spotify in both of my phones my old android and my new iPhone. I have a premium account but I can not download music on my new iPhone. On my old android there is not problem.

in the new iPhone I press the little arrow and it seems to stay frozen in the little circle with the white square inside but nothing happens. I switch offline and there is nothing. 
please help what can I do??

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community!

 

First up, it's well worth running a clean reinstall to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. This one is more thorough than the usual one. 

 

If this doesn't do the trick, we suggest that you make sure the Data saver is off and that you've restarted your phone to sync up the changes.

 

In case that the issue still persists after these steps, would you mind sending us a screenshot of the downloaded content?
