The app is in offline mode in wi-fi, but it works on 3G

Hi all,

today I've started the 3months premium period and downloaded the Spotify app on my iPhone 4S, but sadly it just works on 3G/mobile connection. Instead, if I run it under my home wi-fi, it just stays in offline mode trying to connect without success.  

I'm wondering if I have to open some ports on my router or something like that, please help.

Hey! That doesn't sound okay.. Can you try to restart your device and see if that solves it? If it doesn't try to restart your router, if you're not sure about where your router is located or how to restart it please contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider). I've tried to reinstall the app, but it didnt solve the fact that on WiFi it doesnt connect/search songs/anything. Meanwhile, I'm using the Spotify app on my Windows 7 (on the same WiFi connection obv) and it works very well.

My ISP won't help me cause I have a third party router, so I can freely open/close router ports. 

I think is something related to some port-forwarding on my router because on other WiFi connections it works well. However, its strange because I've always used the Spotify app on this iPhone in the past years and always worked.

Hi guys,

I know this is an up but no one answered me. 

I've reset my router, I've opened open 4070 (tcp/udp) on my router. Still, my iPhone app doesnt work on Wi-Fi.

I've reinstalled it few times, I've reboot the iPhone. It just doesnt want to go online. 

What should I do? I've done the premium offer and I can't use the app.

Please help.
