The app won't download. iPhone 5s.

I while ago I enrolled in Apple's iOS beta program. While downloading their beta program I had to delete some apps to make space. Spotify being one if them. I've tried everything to get spotify back. I've restarted my phone multiple times, signed out of the app store multiple times and nothing seems to work. When i try to down load it ,it just has the square with a circle around. Some articles have said spam clicking that would work, but nothing has. Hopefully someone can help me. Thank you in advanced.
