The music keeps stoping

Every time i go on spotify, i put me some drake after 1:30 goes by, the music stops for no reason, same goes when i put my beyonce on, i tryed to log out everywere but nothing happend, and when play spotify on my ps4 it didn't work either, why spotify, WHY!!!! Is it cuz im black (btw im white) and it makes me angry i love my music i cant play ps4 without my music help me please
