Are you seeing any error messages when you're trying to redeem the code? If so, then you can open the redeem page in an incognito-window on your browser or even test with a different browser.

 

On another note, if you're seeing the message that the code has already been applied then make sure to check you're logged in to the correct account.

i can’t find the code, where is it at?

Welcome to the Community and thank you for joining the conversation.

 

Since this is an intro offer, it's only available for users that haven't had Spotify Premium before and are H&M members on selected markets. If you're a Member "plus" with more than 300 points, you can get an additional month when redeeming the code.

 

If you meet those requirements, you can find the offer on your H&M Account page > My Offers. After that, you can redeem the H&M code here.

I got the code from the H&M page which then redirected you to the Spotify page to create an account. Once I did that the site advises you that you have to put payment details in, even if you are on a free trial. Once I did that, it took my money for a full month and I got no free trial at all. Seems like a total scam. There isn’t also any way to contact anyone to try to get help.

Sorry to see this has happened to you.
Free trials are only available to new users who haven't tried Premium before. In case your payment details have previously been used for a Spotify subscription or trial, there is a big chance you won't be able to redeem any further trial offers.

With this having been said, there is no way for us to verify if this is what's happened on your end from the forum as we don't have account access, so I'd advise you to instead report it to our folks backstage. You can reach out to them by the abovementioned link, mentioned by @Ivelina 🙂
