Thumbs up button doesn't work on the radio

So I'm trying to customize my Spotify radio and when I go to thumbs up a song it always comes back with the message "Something went wrong." This has been going on for a while and it's not just this one time. Is there something I can do to fix this?

This is every day for me. The only way I have found to "fix" it is to uninstall and reinstall the app. Even then it stops working within a few hours. I've been trying to get a real answer on this for a while but Spotify refuses to acknoledge. Hopefully you have better luck than I have
