Track Unavailable on Mobile WITH Premium

I recently paid for spotify for my iPhone 4S and am already furious because multiple songs that I was able to listen to FOR FREE on my laptop show as unavailable tracks on the mobile app despite logging on logging off uninstalling reinstalling changing passwords resetting my device. Why is it I'm paying for something LESS?

Are those tracks in question still available on your laptop? 

 

If they are, then are they stored as local files on your laptop? If so, you need to sync them to your iPhone by following the instructions here.

 

If they are not available there anymore either, then have a read at this FAQ

The songs are not local files they were from an online playlist and they are still available on my laptop.
