Tracks under Artists not loading offline

My mobile premium iphone app had been working great until as of late. I have a bunch of artists synced offline to my phone. However, I couldn't choose to play any of these songs within the artist section. However, I can shuffle play all my synced music in the songs section. I deleted my app and added it again. I have synced back most of my artists. However, I still can't play my artists in offline mode on my mobile app. Anyone else run into this issue or have any ideas on how to fix this?

There are multiple reports of this here on the community, looks like something is definitely broken.
