Tracks won't play at all or it takes several minutes to start playing

I have tracks that play fine on the desktop but have issues with your iOS app on the iPhone and iPad.  The tracks are in a playlist and the playlist just stops at those tracks.  I have seen it play after about 5 minutes or not at all.  I am on wi-fi with a broadband internet connection.   Also selecting the tracks manually shows the same result.  I've seen this behavior on two tracks...

I had the same thing happen today.  I reset the program (on iphone) and restarted it.  It was fine after that.

Tried that and Spotify crashes immediately after restarting the first time.  When I start the app again (without resetting) I get the following error message "Track Only Available Online.  This track is not synced and not available offline.  Connect to a network and try again.".

Have you tried deleting Spotify, doing a hard reset on your device, and then. reinstalling Spotify?
