Off line playlists - reverting back to previous playlists and not the current one

Does anyone know why, with my I-touch, keep finding that the off line playlists will revert back to the previous lists and not the one's i have currently on the spotify premium, its so frustrating. But when I'm in a wi-fi zone it will then correct it...
