I am signed up for Spotify premium.  It works great on my laptop, but not at all on my IPhone.  It continues to tell me "only premium users can stream" or something like that.  I've tried logging out, reinstalling the app and still have no luck.  I'm very frustrated since the only reason I pay for premium is so I can listen on my IPhone.

Thanks for getting in touch. I've just taken a look at your account and it seems that your Premium account should be up and running just fine!

However, it also looks like you are paying for two accounts - I imagine this might not be what you wanted! One of our advisors should be able to get this second payment sorted for you. To get in touch, scroll up and click on "About Us", then select "contact form".
