Transfer spotify account to new phone

Reinstalled spotify app on new phone,had to reset password,still can't access,still being billed

When I go to log in, a red message comes up saying, "an account already exists at this email address". Yes, it does. It is mine. This will not allow me to go any further?


just to be sure -- you have to enter - as the label says - your username and NOT your registered email. Maybe it's this simple. Or not 🙂
